- Fire extinguisher service: annual inspection and tagging, recharging, hydrostatic testing, new units, cabinets and signage, and hands-on staff training.
- Fire sprinkler service: quarterly, annual and five-year inspections, fire pump runs, repairs, and tenant improvement work.
- Fire alarm service: annual testing, trouble calls, installation, and central station monitoring.
- Kitchen hood suppression: semi-annual inspections, nozzle rework after menu changes, and new system installs.

Why one company for all four
The systems connect. Sprinkler waterflow switches report to the alarm panel, a kitchen hood system shuts off the gas and often signals the alarm, and the Class K extinguisher sits next to the hood it backs up. When one crew tests them together, a fault in one does not get missed by the company that only looks at another.
