Sprinkler inspections that keep you compliant
California requires routine inspection and testing of water-based fire sprinkler systems, with a full certification every five years. Title 19 adopts NFPA 25 for those intervals, and only a State Fire Marshal licensed company can sign off the work. Desert Fire is licensed (Concern E-2180) and holds a C16 fire protection contractor license (CSLB #563921). After each visit you get documentation you can file with your fire marshal, property manager or insurer.
