Fire Protection Services in La Quinta
We completed fire protection work at 340 La Quinta Locations in the last twelve months. HOAs, condos and country clubs are the largest group we can name, at least 43 of them, followed by at least 33 restaurants and at least 33 apartment, senior living and mobile home communities. Shopping centers, offices, schools and churches, medical practices and a handful of hotels make up much of the rest.

Clubhouses, communities and their kitchens
In La Quinta a single association or club can be several kinds of building at once. There are the residences or common buildings with extinguishers along the paths, a clubhouse that may be sprinklered and alarmed, maintenance yards with fuel and equipment, and often a restaurant or grill with a hood system over the line. That mix is why about one in four of our La Quinta Locations had sprinkler work this past year and why 70 had kitchen suppression service, a higher share than in Palm Springs or Palm Desert.
For a property like that, we set up one schedule that covers every system on it: semi-annual kitchen visits, quarterly and annual sprinkler inspections, and a yearly extinguisher round that reaches every building. The board or general manager gets one set of reports instead of pieces from different vendors.
Inspections and records
The Riverside County Fire Department handles fire prevention for La Quinta under contract with the city. Its inspectors check extinguisher tags against NFPA 10, sprinkler records against NFPA 25, alarm test reports against NFPA 72 and kitchen suppression tags against NFPA 96, with systems expected to meet UL 300. California’s CCR Title 19 governs who may service the equipment and how it is documented. We leave the records on site and can send copies to your management company.
Common questions
Our club’s grill and the main clubhouse are in separate buildings. Can you service both kitchens?
Yes. Each hood system gets its own semi-annual inspection and tag, and we schedule them on the same trip.
Can you send reports to our HOA management company as well as the board?
Yes. Tell us who should receive them and every report goes to each of them.
Call and a technician will come out to service your property.
